1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to return goods purchased from the online shop within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, send a notice to info@sailorsdeck.com and return the goods no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.
2. Condition of returned goods
Returned goods must be complete and include all parts supplied with the product.
The buyer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Removing the factory packaging, including protective film or cellophane, from SailorsDeck cards means that the product is no longer considered unopened.
If the packaging has been removed, cards or other parts are missing, or the product is damaged, dirty, worn or otherwise unsuitable for resale as new, SailorsDeck OÜ may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value.
3. How to return goods
Pack returned goods to protect them against damage in transit. After submitting your withdrawal notice, send the parcel as instructed by SailorsDeck OÜ. SailorsDeck OÜ is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging.
4. Return costs
The buyer bears the direct return costs unless the goods are incorrect or defective. In those cases, SailorsDeck OÜ bears the return costs.
5. Refunds
SailorsDeck OÜ refunds the payment for returned goods no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of their return.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. SailorsDeck OÜ may withhold the refund until the goods are received or the buyer provides evidence of having returned them.
6. Defective goods
If you believe the goods are damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us as soon as possible after discovering the problem. To help us handle your claim, describe the issue and include photos where possible.
