You can request the deletion of your SailorsDeck mobile and web app user account from SailorsDeck OÜ.
How do I request deletion?
Send an email from the email address linked to your account to info@sailorsdeck.com.
Use the subject line “SailorsDeck account deletion” and state that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Do not send your password.
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, contact us at the same address. We may request additional information to verify account ownership.
Which data will be deleted?
We will delete your account and profile information, learning progress, examination results, achievements and personal leaderboard records.
After your account is deleted, you can no longer sign in with it or access digital card packs linked to that account. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account.
Which data will be retained?
We retain purchase invoices and other accounting documents required by law for seven years after the end of the relevant financial year. These records are not used to restore your account or learning progress.
